These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DreamWord mobile application (the “App”), operated by DreamWord LLC (“DreamWord,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

DreamWord provides biblically grounded dream journaling and interpretation features for personal, non-commercial use. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

The Nature of Interpretations

DreamWord’s interpretations, reflections, and related content are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and are provided for personal reflection and inspiration only. They are not professional, medical, psychological, legal, or spiritual advice, and should not be relied upon as such. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on any content in the App.

Subscriptions and Purchases

• The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time purchases (such as credit packs) processed through your Apple account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
• Purchased consumable credits do not expire but are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Prices and features may change; we will provide notice where required.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the dream entries and other content you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the App’s features to you, including sending content to third-party AI providers to generate interpretations, images, and narration as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt its operation, access it in unauthorized ways, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any interpretation or content will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamWord LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
